The Manufacturing Journey
1. Submit Your Design
Upload your GDS files (Graphic Design System) to wafer.space. These files contain the complete layout of your integrated circuit design.
2. Mask Preparation
wafer.space processes your design and creates optimized mask GDS files. These are sent to GlobalFoundries for photomask creation.
3. Wafer Fabrication
GlobalFoundries creates photomasks and fabricates silicon wafers using their advanced 180nm GF180MCU process in Singapore.
4. Die Cutting & Sorting
Wafers are precision-cut into individual silicon dies, tested for quality, and sorted for packaging and delivery.
5. Delivery
Your finished silicon dies are packaged and delivered directly to you, ready for integration into your products.
